Booking Information

Sundance Weddings requires a 30% retainer fee. The retainer fee is based on and deducted from the total value of the package plus enhancements you choose. This retainer fee will hold our services and the services of our vendors on the date requested. This retainer fee is non-refundable. Balance remainder due no less then 10 days prior to wedding date. Once we receive the retainer fee we guarantee the services listed in your contract.

Cancellations 11 or more days from date of wedding will be refunded less retainer fee. Cancellations 10 or less days of date of wedding will be forfeited.

In the event of an emergency or illness, credit may be applied toward a future wedding date if, and only if, all service vendors/location/resort property on which the wedding is to be held also agrees to the credit towards the future wedding date. Credit is non-transferable.

Due to the high volume of reservations we can only hold your request wedding date 48 hours without a retainer fee (excluding holidays). If a certain date is important to you then be sure to lock that date in with our professional planner with the proper 30% retainer fee.
